Hey Buddy!....

I recent moved into a new office. The guy across the hall from me addresses me by saying "Hey Buddy!"

Things going on...

The boy and I have a contract on a house and now are frantically trying to find someone to rent our house out. It wouldn't be too bad of a situation if we didn't live next door to our landlord.

The boy just had be add a movie about fonts onto our Netflix queue. That one should be good to snooze too.

Our puppy is growing exponentially. I think I may trade in my car and just ride him to work.

Hmm...stuff..stuff..stuff...

The boy and I just put in our first offer on our first house. Next to getting a second dog this may be the most terrifying thing I have ever done. All of the forms we have to sign are like reading some language only spoken on some remote island with a population of twenty. Not to mention, it has taken some major internal peptalks to convince myself that it is normal to take out enormous loans to buy property. Additionally, there is that constant nagging fear that we are trying to buy a lemon and we are going to loose every penny we are about to spend. All that being said, it's cute. It's a very cute house. It has been gutted and renovated and it is very exciting to think that in a couple months it could potentially be ours. I am so excited I could almost pee.
