Nope....

For the first time in my life I turned down a job. I turned down a job that would have been a substantial increase in pay. I turned down job that would have had a two hour commute (there and back). I turned down a job. That is all I can say about it. I promised the boy that if I did turn it down I would let it go. So this is me letting it go.....

My fave....

One of my all time favorite bands is playing in Atlanta tonight and I am too old and tired to go. When did this happen? It seems like it was just last week that I would drop everything to make the hour and a half trek on a week night to see any and every band that I like. Now, the idea of being up that late in the middle of the week makes me shiver. All I can think of is how badly work will suck tomorrow if I am driving home at 1 am. Uugghhh...adulthood! responsibility!

I am currently reading Einstein: His Life and Universe and I have to say it is fascinating. I was a little worried when I started the first chapter of physics but I have moved onto special relativity and I am totally into it. I admit that it is a very watered down version of relativity, Brownian motion, kinetic energy, etc. but it is just the taste I need. In my next life....physicist. Is it way too dorky to go back to school to take physics classes for fun?
